Our Performance Therapy Package

Lean QCD Performance Therapy  checks all aspects of your business DNA and gives you the skills, knowledge and support required to help you solve your problems.

Over 25 days on site spread over 3-6 months we will review your current status, highlight your biggest issues and work with you to solve 2-3 of your biggest problem areas.

Furthermore, we will train your people on our lean implementation process in order to give you the skills to develop a cycle of continuous improvement.

With your permission, we will check your progress and results on a regular basis to ensure that performance improvement continues to be achieved. Any issues identified will be rectified.

Diagnosis – Understand your business DNA; unique selling point, your people and your processes. We will then review with you 2 or 3 problematic priority areas to fix.

Treatment – Train your people in the lean tools and process and carry out a lean implementation covering the 2-3 priority problem areas.

Check-up – Review results applying Plan-Do-Check-Act and counter-measure any issues. Regular audit to check that results have been sustained and a continuous improvement cycle is in place.

Timescales

A minimum of 25 days (set fee) over a 3-6 month period dependent upon the project. This time frame is to enable you carry out any longer lead-time activities as part of the improvement project and to minimise disruption to your daily business activities.
