    Our approach to Quality Management

    First stage – remove the risk to the customer using a combination of in-line inspection and prioritising historical concerns – use lean techniques to free up resource to achieve this meaning no additional cost

    Second stage – raise problems to the surface – implement visual control and 5S – review internal rejects – starting to reduce rejects and remove waste

    Third stage – Use cascaded problem solving to solve problems permanently and share the solutions throughout the organisation

    Fourth stage – standardise and systemise the counter-measures to fully embed the solutions within your organisation – often missed and very essential stage

    Continually follow these stages through effective management review, management control, visual control and KPI review.
